According to the information possessed by the Management Board of Pharmena S.A., the structure of the Company’s shareholding is as follows:
- 61,43 % – Pelion S.A. with the registered office in Łódź and its subsidiaries
- 8,86 % – Ewa Gębicka-Palka i Konrad Palka
- 29,70 % – other shareholders (including Polish investment funds)
